Programme Manager – Midlands 

£50-60k +15 Bonus

Torque Consulting are looking for a Programme Manager for an industry leading automotive client in the midlands.

The role will involve working with cross-functional teams in Industrial Design, Product Development, Quality, Procurement and Sales & Marketing. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to market on time, in full, adhering to stage gate deliverables set out in the New Product Introduction process. Previous experience in Project Management will give you a distinct advantage in eliminating possible timing issues before they arise internally or externally. You will be a strong, effective communicator and influencer ensuring all dependencies within the Programme Management team (and outside) are completely understood & aligned when it comes to delivering product on time to meet the commercial business objectives.

We are looking for people who have knowledge of the following:
● Qualified to degree level with 5+ years relevant experience in a similar role
● Formal Project Management training qualification (APMP, PRINCE2 or similar) preferred
● Knowledge of Programme Management process

Salary is £50,000-£60,000 + 15% bonus DOE.
