Production & Manufacturing Supervisor – Day Shifts
You will be required to work on a rotating weekly shift pattern as follows: Early Shift (Mon-Thur 06.00hrs to 14.00hrs, Friday 06.00hrs to 13.00hrs) Late Shift (Mon-Thur 13.45 hrs to 21.45, Friday 12:45 to 19:45hrs)
Torque Consulting is looking for a Production & Manufacturing Supervisor for one of our leading clients within Precision Engineering.
The role would be 80% on the CNC Machines working to tolerances as small as 1 Micron and 20% of the time on the supervisory side; managing workloads, dealing with staff members, ensuring quality and compliment output & dealing with issues.
Experience we are looking for:
- Proven track record of supervisory/managerial responsibilities
- Ability to use 5 axis CNC Machines
- Background in Precision engineering
- Great organisation and communication skills.
