Lead Electrical Engineer

Lead Electrical Engineer – Full time, Permanent

We are a nationwide, multi-disciplinary, NICEIC approved company looking for a stand out Lead Electrical Engineer to deliver fast track, high quality installations to blue chip clients in the retail fit out sector. We are based in the Midlands. Through our Electrical, Protection, Electric Vehicle, Managed Services and Mechanical divisions we consistently focus on excellence in delivery to our clients, to do this we make getting the right people our priority.

Candidate requirements:

• Qualified to 18th Edition and possess NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, C&G 2391 or equivalent
• 4 years min electrical experience including adhering to national electrical safety standards
• JIB Gold card or equivalent
• Valid ECS Card, IPAF and PASMA are preferred but not essential
• Driving licence
• Able work within Health and Safety regulations
• Be flexible with regarding to working hours and be able to work away

Experience required:

• Strong understanding of retail and commercial projects from concept through to completion, delivery to time, budget and specification
• Track record of delivery and leading teams in a fast track, retail environment
• Attention to detail in the provision of client documentation and closing projects as fitted to meet quality and client satisfaction standards
• Good communication skills with client, the engineers and management team
• Experience of cable basket, try, trunking and conduit, cabling singles, YY cable, SWA, distribution boards and terminating to a high standard
