Bench Joiner Responsibilities

 

  • To read, understand & implement company policies and complete adhoc duties as required.
  • Responsible for managing your own job FSC materials in accordance with company FSC policies.
  • Responsible for own and colleagues workshop health & safety and PPE usage.
  • Continually review your own workflow, efficiency and consider continuous improvements.

 

Key Skills

 

  • Great attention to detail.
  • To read and understand technical drawings.
  • Great communication skills (written and verbal).
  • To work well alone and as part of a team.
  • Willing to take part in further training to improve personal and company skills & efficiency.
  • NVQ 2/3 in Carpentry and Bench Joinery.
  • At least 3 years joinery experience.
  • Solid surface experience 1+ year would be advantageous but not essential.
  • To read and understand technical drawings.

 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

 

Salary: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
